• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

    Per licensing requirements, online therapy sessions are offered only to clients based in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. These sessions are offered on a secure, HIPAA compliant platform.

Investment

This is a big step towards mental wellness! Getting the support you need is an investment in your future and can be life changing. Many people have out of network benefits and aren’t aware that they can be used towards therapy.

If your insurance does not cover my services, or you choose to seek care outside of your insurance plan, the cost of each session is $175.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale session slots. If the cost of sessions is prohibitive, reach out and let’s talk!

*Payment in full is expected at each session and can be made in the form of a health/flexible savings account card or by any major credit card.

My practice is out-of-network so I can provide you the highest level of care that is dictated by us and not your insurance. Upon request, I’ll provide an itemized superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy:

My time is set aside for you and only you. I kindly request 24 hours notice from the start of your appointment for cancellation.

Any appointments cancelled after 24 hours of the appointment start time will be charged a cancellation fee.
